Drive Thru Dashing Through the Snow then Take a Photo with Santa!

Currier Square Shopping Center--Celebrate Christmas with all your favorite stores and fun characters at our hybrid Holiday event. Saturday, November 27th, 4:30pm – 6:30pm we invite you to hop in your car with your family members as we guide you down our dashing street filled with holiday surprises, gifts for the kiddos, music from DJ San-TClaus and more! After the parade visit with Santa & Friends and take your picture – $1 donations being accepted for Santa visits with all proceeds being donated to Butte County Food Bank.

We want to give our community something to look forward to this season – something to celebrate with a fun contactless car parade. Nobody will leave empty handed. The drive through parade portion of the event is VIP, RESERVATION only so don’t wait to sign-up!

Please be ready to arrive in your PJ’s! Once you finish Dashing Through the Snow don’t forget to head over and take your picture with Santa.

Santa’s Virtual Village 2020

Currier Square Shopping Center is excited to share a fun Virtual Santa’s Village for the entire family to explore and enjoy.  This year the Pandemic has made it difficult to enjoy some of our favorite things such as visiting with Santa, writing to, and receiving a letter from the North Pole along with taking a fun stroll down Santa’s Village.

Santa’s Magic Trail 2020

Saturday, November 28, 2020 | 5 pm – 7 pm

During the days of COVID-19 we have lost some of our favorite events and have been unable to visit museums, zoos, and other fun places that we all took for granted.

We want to give our community something to look forward to this holiday season.  After our successful Halloween drive-thru event at Currier Square, we realized this must take place for Christmas as the community really came out -- parades have been hugely successful and well attended.  We want to celebrate with our communities this year once again with a fun and festive contactless car parade.  Nobody will leave empty handed. 

On Saturday, November 28th, from 5pm – 7pm Currier Square will be ready to treat you with our fun filled Santa’s Magic Trail contactless car parade.  You and your family members will be safely guided down a street filled with magic, nostalgia, street entertainers, free gift for the children, candy, and Santa! In addition, we will be accepting spare change donations with all proceeds benefiting Butte County Food Bank.

Please be ready to arrive in your PJ’s and l prepare to have your photo taken from your car window!  We will have our professional photographer on-site to take pictures of each car while you drive slowly down our fun lit-up nostalgic street filled with inflatables representing movie memories from years gone by—then as you see Santa wave and give his fairy helper your letter making for a perfect end to your drive thru fun. Santa’s magic fairy will make sure he sees what you want for Christmas!

Contactless Trick-or-Treat Spooky Street Car Parade

We want to give our community something to look forward to this fall.  We know that our Trick-or-Treat parades have been hugely successful and well attended.  We want to celebrate with our communities this year with a fun contactless car parade.  Nobody will leave empty handed. 

Friday, October 23, from 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm Currier Square will be ready to treat you with a fun filled Spooky Street contactless car parade.  You and your family members will be safely guided down a street filled with music, street entertainers, trick-or-treat goodie bags filled with toys, candy, and special gift card surprises for our adult guests.  So, check those bags closely, you may have a $5 - $25 gift card inside the bag.  In addition, we will accepting spare change donations with all proceeds benefitting Butte County Food Bank.

Please be ready to arrive in your Halloween costumes and enjoy our selfie photo station!  We will have our professional photographer on-site to take pictures of each car while you slow down at our Spooky Street backdrop of fun lit-up spooky inflatables making for a perfect end to your drive thru fun.

Inter-Cal Real Estate Corporation sponsored this giveaway, offering a chance for community members to have the opportunity to win a 5 night Hawaiian Getaway for 2, including airfare & hotel. There were also other great Butte County runner-up prizes sponsored by Feather Falls Casino & Lodge!

From July 29, 2019 to September 28, 2019, community members who visited CurrierSquare.com/Giveaway registered for a chance to win the Hawaiian Getaway grand prize along with the opportunity to win other great Butte County runner-up prizes. With an overwhelming response from the community, the winner has been chosen! Richard Halvorson of Oroville, CA will be vacationing to Hawaii courtesy of Inter-Cal Real Estate Corporation with the opportunity to choose his Island and hotel for 6 days, 5 nights! OROVILLE, California – Peter P. Bollinger, owner and president, of Inter-Cal Real Estate Corporation, and Peter P. Bollinger Investment Company announced the acquisition of Currier Square Shopping Center in Oroville, CA.  Inter-Cal is a full-service development management and leasing company that develops, owns, leases and manages commercial buildings and shopping center properties throughout Northern California.  Currier Square is a 131,000 square foot shopping center anchored by Raley’s, Marshall’s and Petco. Currier Square Shopping Center is located 65 miles north of Sacramento, California on Oro Dam Boulevard (Highway 162), in Oroville.

Inter-Cal Real Estate Corporation was Founded in 1969. Peter Bollinger has owned and operated Inter-Cal for 50 years.  Inter-Cal is a hands-on full-service property management and leasing company which is recognized for their quality real estate development, attention to detail and long-term relationships with retailers throughout Northern California.  Inter-Cal has developed properties in local communities of Butte, Tehama, Glenn, Shasta, Placer and Sacramento counties.
